Hello, fans! 🎮

Your wallet probably took a hit during the Halloween sale, but you don't want to miss the news, right? Here's this week's Steam roundup! 💸

🤖 The AI Clone Problem: What's Valve's Stance?

Steam admitted it has a very big problem, but Valve reportedly has no plans to act on it ^[3]. At the recent Steam Next Fest, many AI-made demo copies showed up, with copies of copies of games ^[3]. As a result, developers are hesitating to release demos or start tests for fear that a clone will launch before them, and some even worry about extortion ^[3]. It's a real headache for original creators 😥 Valve says it won't become a gatekeeper over the tools used, so it's worth keeping a closer eye on Next Fest demo lists 👀

🕵️ 24 Mystery Games, Indie Showcase Airing for 5 Days

Minimap announced that the 'Minimap Indie Game Showcase: Mystery Edition', which introduces 24 mystery games, will air for 5 days ^[1]. Participants in the poll will receive a Steam key for one of the featured games through a giveaway event ^[1]! With 24 titles, you're bound to find a hidden indie gem that suits your taste. Mystery fans, don't miss this one 🔍

⚔️ Boring Scenes and Heavy Metal: A New Action Roguelike Arrives

Brazilian indie studio NextFrame Studio released an official trailer for its debut game, 'Hell n' Slash', and said it is preparing a PC Steam release ^[2]. A new action roguelike that features 'boring scenes' breaking the fourth wall and heavy metal elements? The title alone smells like a rock concert 🤘 Add it to your wishlist now!

💸 Last Chance for Halloween Deals: Recommended Games Under $10

As the Halloween sale reaches its final stretch, a video recommending Steam games under 10,000 won has been released ^[4]. Alongside 3 free games, its list includes Mimesis, Ruined Nurse, Halls of Torment, and BioShock Infinite: Complete Edition ^[4]. Another video features 15 Steam games priced under $3, and according to its title, one of them is free ^[5]. It includes Dying Light, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Outlast, Outlast 2, Don't Starve, and XCOM 2, so it's a good time to tidy up your library and check your shopping list 🛒

What a busy week it's been! Keep your wallet safe for the next sale season, and we'll be back next week with more fun news! 🎮
